BIOGRAPHY
Clayton Green is a 27-year-old racer from Marble Falls, TX. Clayton has grown up in racing’s embrace. As a toddler, Clayton would spend every weekend at the local racetrack watching his dad race his USRS truck. It was here that Clayton developed a love for racing.
Due to his young age, the only thing he was old enough to compete in was Kid Karts. So together, with his parents, Clayton began competing at local tracks in Central Texas at the age of 6. Soon, as his need for speed increased, and the young competitor found himself winning every race.
After a weekend excursion to Texas Motor Speedway, Clayton set his sights on to a more competitive series with the INEX Bandeleros Series. Over the next six years Clayton progressed from Bandoleros to Legend Cars being the youngest to win the National Outlaw Championship, multiple track championships and national titles. Even more impressive, at the age of 12, he was named Driver of the Year, being voted on by all the drivers at Texas Motor Speedway.
Over the next five years, Clayton would pursue his passion for racing in the Pro Late Model series, Modified of Mayhem series, and NASCAR K&N Series with top finishes. Throughout it all, he has been completely supported through a family-owned race team.
Clayton is an easy going person on and off the racetrack. Whether talking racing or historical military events, he can easily keep you entertained with all his knowledge mixed with unprecedented humor. Raised with the ideology of helping others, while others can get caught up with the hustle of the track, Clayton can often be seen helping fellow racers or track officials with loading equipment or finding solutions to problems.
In 2024 Clayton is competing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for select races and in his Pro Late Model at tracks around the southeast.
